M4 LB Size made from 3D printed Parts
When I get M4 board, I thought about 3D printed frame for it.
Here is center plate design:

Needed Parts
– M4 board (of course)

– 3×3 carbon square tube (4×4.5cm)
– FrSky TFR4 RX (for Futaba)
– 1S 350mAh (Turnigy nano-tech) LiPo
Build Instructions
Prepare motors, put them to motor mounts:
Put arms to CP holes. Watch out about motor directions (blue-red wire CW, white-black CCW)
Time for some solder job.
Left front motor – M1
Front right – M2
Rear right – M3
Rear left – M4
“+” red and white
“-” blue and black
Mount the M4 board on the CP with 4 little screws. Remember to cover the baro sensor with some open cell foam.
I’m using a Futaba transmitter and a cheap FrSky TFR4 receiver in PPM mode without the enclosure with wires soldered directly to the EXT RADIO pads.
A few other 3D printed Parts
Landing caps
and the LiPo holder with guiding holes for RX antenna wires
Final Result
Weight ~44g
Flight time ~5 minutes with 1S 350mAh LiPo
